Outside of work, Nim enjoys podcasts, spending time with family, binge-watching TV, and spontaneous backyard sports.

As a Client Associate with Ledge Home Loans, Aeda provides friendly support to clients and brokers, helping ensure everyone feels informed throughout the process. She finds fulfilment in helping people with one of life’s biggest milestones — buying a home. She knows that a home is so much more than just bricks; it's a place where memories are created. Outside of work, Aeda enjoys discovering new restaurants, listening to podcasts and Audible eBooks, travelling, and paddle boarding.

As a Client Associate at Ledge Home Loans, Scott works closely with brokers to support clients through the home loan process, from initial assessments through to application and settlement. He finds the problem-solving side of the role rewarding, particularly working through complex scenarios and collaborating with the team to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Outside of work, Scott enjoys playing soccer, spending time with his wife and two boys, exploring Perth’s beaches and parks (fresh from the UK), and catching up with friends over a good meal and a few drinks.

As a Client Services Coordinator at Ledge Home Loans, Princess supports the team by managing key lending foundations, from client onboarding and CRM profiles to coordinating credit checks. She values clear communication and proactive updates to help keep the loan process running smoothly while building genuine, lasting connections with our clients. Outside of work, Princess is embracing motherhood and living life to the fullest. She enjoys swimming, beach trips and settling in with a good binge-worthy movie.
